A2 starts at $1119, A3 starts at $1129, B1 starts at $1319, B2 starts at $1329, and B3 starts at $1529.
What amenities are included in the apartments and throughout the community?
Gym, pool, Amazon lockers and dog park.
Are your apartments pet-friendly? What are the pet policies, fees, and amenities?
Yes, pet friendly community. $300 non-refundable pet fee with $35 pet rent per month. Max two pets. 5 pet stations and 1 pet park available.
What lease terms are available? Do you offer short-term leases?
6-15 months. No short-term leases.

How do I apply for an apartment? What are the application requirements and fees?
Online at www.villasatgrandavenue.com or QR code on back of brochure. $65 application fee per adult and monthly household income must meet 2.5 times the rent.
Is parking available for residents and guests?
1 parking space per lease holder. Ample guest parking is first come first serve. Covered parking $35 and detached garages $120.
What utilities are included, and which are the resident's responsibility?
Utilities are separate charge but billed with rent. Monthly amenity fee $16, $3 pest control, and water sewer and trash allocated. Valet trash service included in rent. Cable/internet and electric resident responsibility

Non-gated community.

Caldwell Elementory, Pflugerville Middle School and Pflugerville High School.

I35 one block away, I45 1 mile away, Capital Metro bus pick up location 1.25 miles away.
